    Hi, I’m interested in looking at this program. I’m 35 and have raced tri for a few years. I previously represented Australia in flat water kayaking many years ago. I currently train around 20 hours a week, mostly on a kickr and treadmill due to work and family (1 x2yr old) I can make 3 long swims and 1 short swim per week but make most things up as I go.
