pb3 Running
Done right, running is one of the simplest most pure and rewarding sports that you can do. Whether you want to shift a couple of kilo’s or you are heading to your favourite distance race. Done wrong and the repetitive impact based nature of this sport will see you injured and side lined within weeks of starting. At pb3 we have worked with literally hundreds of people of varying levels of ability from the novice attempting their first fun run, through to competitive runners vying for the podium. Interestingly, the basics and fundamentals remain the same regardless of your level and once they are mastered you are set to enjoy pain free, faster running for years to come.
Performance by 3 offers runners of all levels of ability the opportunity of face to face coaching within a safe supportive environment training with like minded people. We meet 3 times per week with the aim to cover off 3 of the key ingredients to run sessions: speed, strength and distance. Combining these with technical advice (particularly at the Tuesday night track session) has seen countless runners improve their times and achieve their running goals.
As with the swim and bike sessions, Chris will look to spice things up a bit with Guest Coaches dropping by to impart valuable information and good advice based on their personal experience.
