pb3 Swimming

Swimming is a highly technical sport paying dividends to those who apply their strength and fitness correctly. Whether you are learning to swim, using it for active recovery while working on other disciplines, or seeking to make it a more dominant part of your racing arsenal, pb3 can help you with squad sessions that always use a mix of technique, fitness and correct pacing to get the best from the limited time you spend in the pool.

Currently pb3’s midweek squad sessions are full as time with athletes on programs is the core interest of our business, returning the most feedback to those dedicated to their programs. Wednesday morning’s open water swims and Saturday’s are open to all and are a great opportunity to develop some swimming fitness with the focus on racing smarter and developing fitness through longer aerobic sets with some technique mixed in. Check back often for soon to be announced Guest Coaches who will spend time on pool deck alongside Chris to impart their knowledge to athletes for a different slant on good technique and provoke new thought, helping to avoid staleness with training.
