Perth Squad


Coached swim, bike and run sessions for the performance focused athlete

Our Perth Squad is coached by Level 2 Performance Coach, Chris Hanrahan with almost 20 years experience coaching endurance athletes in swim, bike and run. Squad participants are part of our worldwide team of athletes that enjoy close face to face coaching weekly. The team are highly focused on race performance, and are goal oriented with a focus on breakthrough performances, enjoying an environment that is supportive and collaborative with a view towards excellence. The squad is capped at 12 athletes, to ensure a high level of communication and feedback to the athletes. All athletes receive completely bespoke and individualised programs based on their goal races. This ensures a high level of success!

There are 6 face to face coached sessions per week with some location changes weekly communicated through a private WhatsApp group:

Monday – athletes follow specific programs
Tuesday 5:45am ride from City Beach – this session is focused on threshold and Vo2max work
Wednesday 5:45am run from City Beach – hills, tempo or threshold runs with some technique work
Thursday 6am pool swim at Bold Park Aquatic Centre – this is a 90 minute 4.5 – 5km threshold session
Friday – athletes follow specific programs
Saturday 6:30am Long run – different locations communicated via WhatsApp group depending on group
